Direct Billing Reimbursement

As you may have learned from the Accepted Benefits page, our clinic’s services can be paid with the help of the so called workplace health care plans. Currently our clinic accepts health plans from a wide variety of public and private insurance carriers.

To help make insurance reimbursement easy, the patient is provided with a detailed itemized receipt, upon payment at the time of service rendering or purchase, listing the health provider’s credentials, as well as the cost and date of the order.

Also, we realize that not every patient is comfortable to file the paperwork to claim the employee benefits, either due to limited experience of filing the forms, or due to time-constraints.

We want to give our patients a peace of mind once they become our valued patients. We will assist our patients in filing the forms according to the requirements of the insurer. Also, we will ensure that the forms are error-free and get to the insurer within the least time possible.

Finally, we will arrange that your claims will be directly reimbursed to your account and you don’t spend extra time for cheques mailing and going to the bank.
